Strathmore Bel Pre Dolphins

Welcome to the SBP Dolphins. We look forward to hosting you at our pool.

We are located at 13920 Bethpage Lane, Silver Spring, MD 20906. Parking is available in the pool parking lot and on Bethpage Lane. Please only park on the pool side of the street.

Our pool is 6 lanes, 25 meters. All starts are at the far end (diving well side) of the pool. Diving is allowed at both ends of the pool.

The visiting team area is located in the grassy area at the bottom of the ramp to the pool. Team areas will be marked.

Swimmers must remain in their designated team area except for restroom breaks and trips to concessions. Swimmers are not allowed on the pirate ship and playground. The wading pool is closed during meets.

Spectators are not allowed on the deck during the meet. Please make this clear to your team before you arrive.

Please bring chairs and shade.

Out of respect for all swimmers and spectators, we do not allow drums or other noisemakers during the meet.

Please encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles. We have a bottle filler near the restrooms and provide 5 gallon coolers of cold, filtered water at the starting end and in the team area.

Concessions, including coffee, water, bagels, fruit, donuts and other assorted hot and cold items are available. Cash and credit cards are accepted for concessions.

Caps, goggles, suits and other items are available for sale. Cash and credit cards are accepted for merchandise sales.

Please make sure trash and recycling are put in the proper receptacles and that your team area is clean before your team leaves at the end of the meet.

PMSL Saturday A Meets:

Visiting Team warm-ups are 7:50 - 8:20 am.

Events start at 8:30 am.

Please bring stopwatches for your timers and a backup starting device.

Please provide visiting team officials and volunteers per the handbook.

Volunteers should sign in at the data table near the starting end when they arrive.

Officials meeting: around 8:00 am near data table.

Timers meeting: 8:10 am at starting end.
