2026 Coaching Staff
Head Coach - Ian Virga
Part of the team since 2009, Ian began coaching as an assistant in 2023 and is now entering his first year as Head Coach. He is currently a senior biochemistry student at the University of Maryland and is excited to continue building a positive and supportive environment for all swimmers.
Assistant Coach - Wyatt Kent
This will be Wyatt Kent’s first year as the Dolphins Assistant Coach. Wyatt joined the team in 2013 as an 8-year-old, and graduated from the team in 2023 after serving two years as a Developmental Coach. Currently, he is a rising senior at Lycoming College where he is majoring in Anthropology and competes as an NCAA DIII wrestler. Wyatt qualified for Divisionals 11 times and All-stars 7 times in his 11 years on the Dolphins and was a two-time state-qualifier for wrestling in high school. He is looking forward to helping to foster the summer swim team environment, that was so important to him, for the next generation of Dolphins!
